4. Quotations and Invoices

• All quotations are valid for the period stated on the document (typically 30 days)
• Quoted prices are subject to change after the expiry date
• Payment is due by the date specified on each invoice
• Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate (per the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998)
• We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts

5. Certificates & Training

• Certificates issued by O’Mué Academy represent completion of specific training programs
• All certificates can be verified publicly at omuet.com/verify/[certificate-id]
• O’Mué reserves the right to revoke certificates in cases of misconduct or fraudulent completion
• Certificates do not guarantee employment or equivalency to accredited qualifications unless explicitly stated

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the intellectual property of O’Mué or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.

Translated or localized content created for clients remains the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By submitting content to O’Mué (e.g. via the Gazette upload form or contact forms), you grant O’Mué a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, edit, and publish that content in connection with our services. You confirm that you own or have the right to submit any content you provide.

8. Freelance & Career Applications

O’Mué works exclusively with independent freelancers. Submitting a career application does not create an employment relationship. Acceptance of applications is at O’Mué’s sole discretion. Application data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
